一、学校简介

北京工业大学创建于1960年,是一所以工为主,工、理、经、管、文、法、艺术、教育相结合的多科性市属重点大学。1981年成为国家教育部批准的第一批硕士学位授予单位,1985年成为博士学位授予单位,1996年通过国家“211工程预审,正式跨入国家二十一世纪重点建设的百所大学的行列。20179月,学校正式进入国家一流学科建设高校行列。在2020QS世界大学排行榜中,学校位居中国内地第32名。

战略科学家

1.在相关领域做出系统、创造性成就和重大贡献,学术水平为国内外学术界公认的资深学者专家。

2.年龄一般不超过65周岁。

聘任岗位:聘任为一级教授、博导,支持组建团队。

薪酬待遇:不低于150万元。

科研经费:提供科研启动和平台建设经费,理工类最高1000万,人文社科或经管类最高300万。

生活待遇:提供150平米左右永久性住房,协助解决配偶工作、子女入学等。

领军人才

1.教学成果和教育质量突出,在学生培养方面有突出贡献的专家学者;学术造诣高深,在学科领域具有重要影响、科学研究取得国内外同行公认的重要成就、具有较强领导能力带领团队协同攻关的领军人才。

2.年龄一般不超过55周岁。

聘任岗位:聘任为二级教授、博导,支持组建团队。

薪酬待遇:不低于100万元。

科研经费:提供科研启动和平台建设经费,理工类最高500万,人文社科或经管类最高150万。

生活待遇:提供120平米左右永久性住房,协助解决配偶工作、子女入学等。

卓越人才

1.在相关领域获得较高学术成就、创新发展潜力大、具有协助本学科赶超或保持国际先进水平能力的优秀青年学术带头人。

2.理工类一般不超过42周岁,人文社科或经管类一般不超过45周岁。

聘任岗位:聘任为四级教授、博导,支持组建团队。

薪酬待遇:不低于60万元。

科研经费:提供科研启动和平台建设经费,理工类最高150万,人文社科或经管类最高50万。

生活待遇:提供60平米左右周转住房,协助解决子女入学等。

优秀人才

1.已取得突出成果的优秀科研人员、博士后、博士(具体标准可咨询)。

2.理工类一般不超过35周岁,人文社科或经管类一般不超过38周岁。

聘任岗位:聘任为校聘教授、博导。

薪酬待遇:不低于35万元。

科研经费:提供科研启动和平台建设经费,理工类最高100万,人文社科或经管类最高30万。

生活待遇:提供50万住房津贴,协助解决子女入学等。

Creating a High-level Multi-tiered Discipline Structure with Distinctive Features and Cross Collaboration

Guided by the major demands of Beijing’s economic and social development, and in light of its own characteristics and advantages, BJUT pursues the leapfrog development of its disciplines by placing a great emphasis on its world-class disciplinary cluster of Modern Urban Construction and Environmental Engineering, while strengthening painstakingly its core disciplines and supporting disciplines. Through the cross-disciplinary integration and collaboration, BJUT creates a new discipline layout featuring top engineering disciplines, preponderant science disciplines, distinctive humanities and management disciplines, and exquisite art disciplines.

Leading Experts

1. Experts and scholars who excel in teaching and education with outstanding contributions in student cultivation; leading expert who has obtained great influence and widely recognized research achievements in relevant fields as well as strong leadership capabilities.

Position: Second-level Professor and Doctoral Supervisor (with support for team-building).

Position: Fourth-level Professor & Doctoral Supervisor (with support for team-building).
Salary Package
No less than 600,000 RMB.
Research Funds
Up to 1.5 million RMB for talents in science and engineering; up to 500,000 RMB for talents in humanities, social sciences, economics and management.

Temporary housing of about 60 square meters; assistance in the arrangement of children’s education, etc.

Excellent Experts

1. Excellent researchers, post-doctors, and PhDs
