一、学校概况

香港城市大学(简称港城大)作为香港高等教育的重要一员,致力与内地院校及科研机构拓展深入的合作关系。

为贯彻落实《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》,深化粤港澳创新合作,港城大更将粤港澳大湾区的办学计划纳入大学整体规划之中,为优化大湾区高等教育布局结构、聚集高端人才、建设国际科技创新中心做出贡献。

港城大于2020年初与东莞市人民政府和东莞理工学院就合作办学事宜达成共识并签署了合作协定,拟在松山湖共同申办成立一所具有独立法人资格的合作办学机构香港城市大学(东莞)”[简称港城大(东莞)]

以合办双方优势学科为基础、结合粤港澳大湾区及国家产业发展需求,港城大(东莞)主要围绕计算机科学、人工智能与数据科学、高端电子信息、生物医学工程、智能制造、先进材料、新能源、土木与建筑工程及数字经济等前沿领域开展办学。港城大(东莞)将秉承港城大教研合一的办学理念,引入港城大学术标准实现两校一质,将创新无限作为立校引擎融入人才培养全过程,致力于培养具有国际竞争力的卓越人才。

20226月,香港城市大学(东莞)获教育部批准筹备设立。同年11月,香港城市大学(东莞)正式注册成立,担负起港城大(东莞)的筹建工作,现各项工作正在稳妥有序推进中。

1.Assist leaders in implementing the duties and responsibilities of the Communist Party of China (abbreviated as “the Party”) in the university, develop plans and schemes for the Party affairs.

Clerical Officer of Administration Office

1.Responsible for various affairs related to  the Communist Party of China (abbreviated as “the Party”)  including organization construction, member development,  member education and training, the Party membership dues collection, the Party organization relationship transfer, and management of the Party Affairs Information System.
负责党组织建设、党员发展、党员教育培训、党费收缴、党组织关系转接、党务信息系统管理等各类党务工作;
2.In charge of the Party meeting organization, meeting minutes, document archiving, publicity, and release of the party announcements.

Associate Director of Laboratory and Equipment Management Office
实验室及设备管理处副主任

1. Oversee the Lab and Equipment Management Office (LEMO); Plan and supervise the tasks and staffing of the office;
规划实验室及设备管理处部门职责,负责部门团队组建和管理;
2. Implement the superior guidelines, policies, laws, regulations, and relevant systems regarding laboratory construction, safety management, and the management of teaching and research instruments and equipment.
贯彻执行上级关于实验室建设和安全管理、教学科研仪器设备管理方面的方针政策、法律法规和有关制度;
3. Develop regulations and plans for the construction and safety management of laboratories, as well as the management of teaching and research equipment, and organize their implementation to meet the development goals of the university and ensure the smooth operation of the laboratories;

1. Assist the management to coordinate the space management work, e.g. document preparation, summary market research, reporting.

图书馆高级经理

1. According to the academic, teaching and research needs of the University, plan and estimate the annual budget based on the development of library collection and construction progress, formulate the principles and standards of the annual procurement plan, and implementations.

5. Liaise with the library of the City University of Hong Kong, government units, and publications, and plan customs clearance and review procedures for overseas book donations according to relevant international regulations.
