一、学院介绍
南京大学理论经济学入选国家"双一流建设"学科。学科拥有一流的师资队伍，现有专任教师40人，其中南京大学人文社科资深教授1人、国家教学名师3人、国家级人才计划入选者3人、人社部百千万人才工程国家级人选2人，建有国家教育部人文社会科学百所重点研究基地“南京大学长江三角洲经济社会发展研究中心”、国家智库培育单位“南京大学长江产业经济研究院”、国家文化部重点研究基地“南京大学文化产业研究所”， 是国家级2011计划“中国特色主义经济建设协同创新中心”的主要参与单位，并拥有两个“江苏决策咨询研究基地”。
南京大学数字经济与管理学院是南京大学在苏州校区首批建设的学院之一，面向经济主战场、面向国家重大需求，以培养数字经济高端复合人才、构建数字经济理论体系为目标，开展数字经济、数字金融、数字贸易及数字治理研究，着力建设经管、数智、统计、行为交叉融合的新文科。
二、招聘岗位设置
南京大学数字经济与管理学院依托南京大学理论经济学学科，面向全球招聘数字经济领域一流领军人才及青年拔尖人才。拟招聘准聘/长聘副教授、助理教授若干名。特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。从事数字经济研究，能够承担中高级宏观经济学、计量经济学、行为与实验经济学、数字产业组织、数字金融与证券投资、统计学、机器学习及数据挖掘、数据库技术及应用等课程。招聘研究方向包括：

（四）出色的教学能力：应具有能够胜任本学科核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力。
（五）突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力：应有相关研究方向的成果显示度，对相关研究领域有创新性观点，未来研究计划思路清晰，具有较好的学术潜力。
