Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team and develop team members, maintain good team spirit and positive culture;
2. Develop strategy and drive the implementation to support adaption of freshmen well;
3. Optimize and implement standard student care processes to handle and follow up the cases timely and effectively;
4. Organize attractive and various events to enhance student experience;
5. Manage routine tasks such as application handling, document maintenance, and reports in a professional and thoughtful way;
6. Perform student recruitment tasks;
7. Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. At least eight years of working experience and more than two years in a supervisory/managerial position;
2. Care/passionate about the well-being and development of students;
3. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
4. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
5. Proactive, independent, cooperative and highly responsible.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
