1. Implement the comprehensive strategy for the graduate studies, aligning it with the goals and objectives set up by the Programme Directors as well as School senior management; 2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to attract talented students for the programmes, support and coordinate the enrollment process of students; 3. Explore opportunities for career growth and advancement for graduate students; 4. Provide support to graduate programme management, including assisting with curriculum and course offering management, monitoring the academic progress of students, maintaining accurate documentations, acting as the point of contact regarding graduate programme-related inquiries and concerns; 5. Identify and address any challenges or issues faced by the programmes and provide support as well as solutions as needed; 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graduate development, and incorporate them into the programmes; 7. Prepare reports on the graduate studies to upper management of School or University; 8. Coordinate and collaborate with faculty members in the programmes for the graduate-studies related affairs; 9. Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including other schools, University departments, graduated students, etc.
任职要求
1. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2. At least 8 years’ working experience in financial management and accounting. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent knowledge of financial applications and systems. 5. Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure. 6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. 8. Ability to drive financial strategies and policies.

Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
