1. Lead the team and develop team members, maintain good team spirit and positive culture; 2. Develop strategy and drive the implementation to support adaption of freshmen well; 3. Optimize and implement standard student care processes to handle and follow up the cases timely and effectively; 4. Organize attractive and various events to enhance student experience; 5. Manage routine tasks such as application handling, document maintenance, and reports in a professional and thoughtful way; 6. Perform student recruitment tasks; 7. Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求
1. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2. At least 8 years’ working experience in financial management and accounting. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent knowledge of financial applications and systems. 5. Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure. 6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. 8. Ability to drive financial strategies and policies.

Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
