Position Description The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with academic human resources affairs in Academic Administration Office at GTIIT.
Duties and Responsibilities ·Provide support for academic transportation arrangements, such as international air ticket booking, communicate with academic staff for flight issues or urgent requests, gain approval for tickets, inform related parties of the ticket details, etc. ·Work with procurement team for agent selection and set up in the system, coordinate for payment processing. ·Assist with recruitment and contracts of Research Assistants, Student Assistants and Graders. ·Arrange employees' files. ·Help with the subsidy and medical check of Research Assistants. ·Assist with the enrollment of teachers and faculty members. ·Coordinate the E-journal projects. ·Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求
Required Job Specifications ·Required qualification: bachelor degree or above from an internationally reputable university; Accounting or HR major is preferred. ·Required experience: 0-2 years, working experience in travel agency will be an advantage.
Required Job Competencies ·Language ability: Fluent Chinese and English; ·Multi-task skills; ·Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; ·Good planning and organizing skills; ·Good communication and collaboration skills; ·Good interpersonal skill to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
