iHuman研究所是上海科技大学的国际化、高水平研究机构，致力于开拓G蛋白偶联受体（G protein-coupled receptor, GPCR）基础科学与药物发现研究，促进跨学科合作，培养下一代科学家与创业者，加速科学发现向临床应用的转化。研究所由结构生物学、分子药理学、化学生物学、神经生物学、细胞生物学、计算生物学与人工智能、药物化学及医药转化研究等领域的跨学科研究团队组成，并建立了高通量筛选、超高分辨率成像、冷冻电镜、生物质谱、核磁共振及高性能计算等高水平研究平台。不同领域的研究团队与科研平台紧密协作，致力于推动GPCR科学与药物发现领域的创新发展。

About ShanghaiTech University and the iHuman Institute
Jointly founded by the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), ShanghaiTech University is a small-scale, high-standard, international research and innovation university. On February 14, 2022, ShanghaiTech joined the list of China’s World-Class Universities Project as the youngest university on the list. Located in Shanghai’s Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, ShanghaiTech plays an important role in the development of the Zhangjiang Comprehensive National Science Center. The iHuman Institute is a high-level, international research institute at ShanghaiTech University, dedicated to advancing basic science and drug discovery research on G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). The Institute promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, cultivates the next generation of scientists and entrepreneurs, and accelerates the translation of scientific discoveries into clinical applications. iHuman brings together interdisciplinary research teams working in structural biology, molecular pharmacology, chemical biology, neurobiology, cell biology, computational biology and artificial intelligence, medicinal chemistry, and translational medicine. The Institute has also established advanced research platforms for high-throughput screening, super-resolution imaging, cryo-electron microscopy, biological mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance, and high-performance computing. Through close collaboration among research groups and scientific platforms, iHuman is committed to driving innovation in GPCR science and drug discovery.

About the Forum
第十一届iHuman论坛（The 11th iHuman Forum）将于2026年11月6日至7日在上海科技大学举行。本届论坛特设"青年学者论坛"（Session IV: Rising Stars Forum），面向全球优秀青年学者公开征集报告人。青年学者论坛定于11月7日下午举行。
依托iHuman研究所在G蛋白偶联受体（GPCR）基础研究与药物发现领域的科研优势，青年论坛旨在为从事GPCR及相关交叉领域研究的青年科研人员提供高水平学术交流平台，展示前沿研究成果，促进学科交叉与学术合作。论坛重点关注GPCR研究及其与结构生物学、计算生物学、人工智能、化学生物学、药理学、细胞生物学和神经生物学等领域交叉融合所产生的新兴研究方向，涵盖（但不限于）以下主题：
·1.AI驱动的计算生物学与结构生物学
·2.冷冻电子断层扫描（Cryo-ET）与原位结构生物学
·3.GPCR信号转导机制与药物发现
·4.化学生物学与药理学
·5.细胞生物学与神经生物学
The 11th iHuman Forum will be held on November 6–7, 2026, at ShanghaiTech University. As a featured session of this year's forum, the Rising Stars Forum (Session IV) is now inviting outstanding early-career researchers worldwide to submit presentation proposals. The session will take place on the afternoon of November 7.
Building on the iHuman Institute's strengths in G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) research and drug discovery, the Rising Stars Forum aims to provide a high-level academic platform for early-career researchers working on GPCRs and related interdisciplinary fields to showcase their latest research, exchange ideas, and foster scientific collaboration. The forum focuses on emerging research at the interface of GPCR biology and related disciplines, including structural biology, computational biology, artificial intelligence, chemical biology, pharmacology, cell biology, and neurobiology. Topics include, but are not limited to:
·AI-Driven Computational Biology and Structural Biology
·Cryo-Electron Tomography (Cryo-ET) and In Situ Structural Biology
·GPCR Signaling Mechanisms and Drug Discovery
·Chemical Biology and Pharmacology
·Cell Biology and Neurobiology
