5. Proficiency in the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system with strong on-site operational capabilities in this area.

· Responsible for the preparation, delivery, and assessment of practical arts theory lectures, in collaboration with colleagues within the same teaching stream.
· Responsible for the preparation, delivery, and assessment of practical arts workshops within the HLTU business training hotel.
· Provide operational support to the HLTU business training hotel team to ensure high standards are maintained in the assigned workshop area.

Supervise relevant work to ensure compliance with national labor laws and regulations, educational systems, and industry standards, and prevent policy and legal risks.
