任职要求
•A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; 相关专业研究生学历; •At least 15 years’ experience in the provision of human development services, especially young people, at management level; 至少15年人才发展服务经验,尤其是青年发展方面的管理经验; •Proven leadership and people management skills at senior professional level; 具备资深的领导和人员管理技能; •Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a high level of motivation to achieve set goals; 具备强大的战略思维和规划能力,积极主动设法完成既定目标; •Effective communication and presentation skills, with high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. 具备有效的沟通和表达技巧,熟练掌握中英文书面和口语表达能力。
