一、招聘单位及课题组简要介绍：

复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院眼科研究院赵晨教授团队由于工作需要,拟于2020年面向国内外诚聘全职博士后若干名，待遇优厚，期待有志于从事视网膜变性疾病研究或视觉认知研究的青年才俊加入团队。

赵晨教授课题组长期致力于视网膜变性疾病（retinaldegeneration，RD）的临床和基础研究，聚焦RD的关键科学问题—视网膜神经元变性和血管病变的发生机制及干预策略展开系列工作；并在斜弱视的神经认知研究领域有一定积累,围绕斜弱视的致病机制及治疗手段开展了一系列创新型研究。

课题组长赵晨教授为二级教授，为中组部首批“青年高级人才计划”、获得国家自然科学基金首批“优秀青年基金”项目、国家自然科学基金“杰出青年基金”项目、为长江学者特聘教授、国家万人计划专家、科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”、上海市优秀学术带头人等。近年来本课题组多次在PNAS、Circulation、JournalofClinicalInvestigation、InvestigativeOphthalmology&VisualScience、Ophthalmology、JAMAOphthalmology等国际知名学术期刊发表研究论文，获得多项国家自然基金和人才项目支持。

二、岗位要求：

1.坚持正确政治方向，思想品德端正，具有科学研究使命感，恪守学术道德；

2.已经或即将获得国内外生命科学、基础医学（生物化学与分子生物学、免疫学、神经生物学等相关专业）、临床医学、认知心理学、生物信息学及相关专业博士学位；

3.有较强独立从事课题研究的能力，并以第一作者在国际杂志上发表过论文；

4.科研工作严谨，能吃苦耐劳，富有责任心、敬业精神和团队协作精神；

5.博士后年龄一般不超过35周岁；

6.具有较强的英文文献阅读和撰写能力；

7.申请者能够保证全职从事研究工作，经医院博士后工作评议小组评估认定具有良好的学术发展潜力。

三、岗位待遇：

1.提供优渥的博士后薪酬：30-50万年薪（税前，具体面议），年限为2-5年，在站期间还可申请医院优秀博士后科研奖励，奖励金额5万元/每年。

2.在站期间鼓励博士后以项目负责人身份申请各类博士后基金、国家自然科学基金等项目，产出高质量研究成果。获得国家基金资助、发表SCI论文等均增加补助。

3.学校按规定为博士后缴纳社会保险，缴存住房公积金。

4.博士后工作时间和休息休假参照学校事业编制人员管理办法执行。

5.博士后参照事业编制人员享受学校医疗待遇和体检待遇。

6.博士后在站培养期间可按规定租住博士后公寓，全职博士后在站期间可按规定向复旦大学申请租住博士后公寓以及子女入园入学，具体执行政策以学校为准。

7.博士后在站期间可按规定申请落户，具体细则按照学校政策执行。

8.在站期间工作表现突出的博士后优先考虑留院工作。

Postdoctoral fellow in Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University

      Professor Chen Zhao’s Lab (the Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University) is looking for a talented and motivated post-doctoral fellows to work on the topic of the pathogenesis of retinal degeneration diseases, visual perception in strabismus and amblyopia. The Eye Research Institute in the Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University is an international leader in providing high quality eye care, ranking the top 3 among all eye institutes in China. Professor Chen Zhao was introduced to China through the Recruitment Program of Global Experts and has gained great achievements in aspect of genetics of inherited eye diseases, pathogenesis and interventions of retinal degenerative diseases, chairing several national programs (5 million USD funding) and authoring plenty of publications in high impact journals including Journal of Clinical Investigation, Circulation, Human Molecular Genetics, PANS, American Journal of Human Genetics, Ophthalmology, JAMA Ophthalmology, IOVS et al. Professor Chen Zhao’s Lab focus on the basic research and clinical intervention for retinal degeneration diseases, especially the mechanism and promising intervention of vascular and retinal degeneration in eye diseases. The lab also has previous research basis on visual perception and functional imaging in patients, especially the neural mechanism and clinical translation in strabismus and amblyopia.

Position Overview

 We are currently looking for Postdoctoral fellow with strong backgrounds in Ophthalmology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Genetics, Cell / Molecular biology, Neurology, Cognitive psychology, Functional imaging, Psychophysics or other relevant disciplines to join leading efforts in the development and application of AMD therapy or visual perception research in amblyopia/ strabismus patients. The group provides postdoctoral fellows with unique opportunities to be exposed to a broad range of techniques and collaborative projects.

Qualification

1.       Qualified candidates should get or will get PhD degree in relevant field of Ophthalmology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Genetics, Cell / Molecular biology, Neurology, Cognitive psychology, Functional imaging, Psychophysics or other relevant disciplines.

 Salary and Welfare

1.       More than 50,000 USD (300,000～500,000 RMB) annual salary, 2 to 5-year position, extra bonus on National Science Foundation and papers.

3.       Postdoc apartment or housing allowance can be supplied during employment.

4.      Kindergarten and primary school can serve the educational demands of postdoc’s children.

5.       Permanent residence in Shanghai can be applied.
