招聘职位:

Trade Specialist 航线管理专员

工作地点:上海

Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. To review of internal processes adherence.

2. To distribute HO&RO policies, rate guidelines, surcharges, specific procedures etc. to China network.

3. To update and monitor of vessel fulfillment on daily basis, keep close eye on the booking/equipment pickup number on daily basis.

4. To set quota for designated port of origin on the equipment supply.

5. To analyze the top customer performance as well as detail segment performance on weekly basis.

6. To analyze vessel performance to share same with local management, HO&RO management, areas and sales manager on weekly basis.

7. To intervene in business negotiations with HO&RO if need any escalation by Network.

8. To assist Trade Manager to coordinate with areas and sales/commercial manager for identifying new business.

9. To keep a good follow up of non-performing customers and to accelerate same to respective sales.

10. To constantly dialogue with branch offices to understand and take necessary action on booking generations.

11.  To participate in NOR target setting and fulfillment monitoring.

12.  To prepare PPT as meeting materials for trade manager.

13.  Other tasks assigned by Trade Manager.

Required Experience&Skills 任职资格与要求:

 

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Good communication skills.

3. Good English in both spoken and written.

4. Results oriented, analytical, and a great team spirit.

5. Willing to work under pressure and self-motivated.

Sales Support 销售支持

工作地点:上海

Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

 

1. To handle BAT SS/NSS type booking and comments on timely.

2. To check freight manifest when GSC team finish auto freighting. Coordinate with GSC team to solve all rate issues, make sure no mistake on the freight.

3. To help customer to solve rate discrepancy issue. Prepare MCN for freight prepaid shipment, for those freight collect shipment, inform GBS team to amend. Make sure properly SQ/SVC rate applied.

4. To help customer to solve all kinds of the problem, such as booking / loading / rate / equipment /trucking /COD. For the issue handled by other Dept, help customer to find the right person in charge.

5. To help customer to know our service, such as schedule, routing, transit time etc, advise customer to place booking on correct line.

6. To work with customer service to check on hold booking, make sure the rate is available for each booking we accepted.

7. To fix the SQ amendment for all CIF accounts, make sure filing is properly done in time.

8. To handle tariff filing create SQ.

9. To inform CUS/DOC team once new rate effected, make sure proper SQ rate applied for those spot rate.

10. To help sales to review and send rate request to region office, ensure quick response is given to the local customer for rate request.

11.  To rate offer and send rate request to region office, ensure quick response is given to the local customer for rate request.

12.  To warm up those accounts who are not working with us for the time being due to rate/space issue.

13.  To inform customer once we have rate update, make sure our rate / service is in line with the market.

Required Experience&Skills 任职资格与要求:

3. Good English in both spoken and written.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (PPT, Excel).

5. Customer focus with nice attitude, conscientious and responsible.
