【学院概况】 清华大学深圳国际研究生院（英文名 Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School，简称Tsinghua SIGS）是在国家深化高等教育改革和推进粤港澳大湾区建设的时代背景下，由清华大学与深圳市合作共建的公立研究生教育机构。 清华大学深圳国际研究生院（以下简称国际研究生院）致力于： 建设成为世界一流的研究生院，成为服务社会和引领发展的一流人才培养基地；l 开展全球重大挑战问题的研究，成为学科交叉融合的国际创新研究中心；l 探索现代大学治理体系，成为学校-企业-政府合作以及国际化校园的典范。l 根据清华大学的发展战略和深圳市的产业需求，国际研究生院优先布局清华大学一流的工科学科并辅以创新管理，突破传统学科的界限，提倡跨学科的学习、研究与实践，形成“6+1”个主题领域。 【“6+1”主题领域】 1）材料科学：低维材料与器件、能源材料与器件、材料设计与计算、信息功能材料与器件、生物医用材料与器件 2）信息科技：人工智能、数据科学、机器人、物联网与互联网、交通与物流、光子学与电路系统、先进制造七大学科集群 3）医药健康：健康工程、疫苗工程、制药工程和细胞工程 4）海洋工程：深海工程、滨海工程与技术、海洋生态环境三大方向，海洋工程与物理海洋、海洋装备、海洋能源、海洋信息、海洋生态与环境五大应用领域 5）未来人居：未来人居设计思维全球创新中心、未来城市及支撑技术体系研究、数字建筑与智能建造研究和未来人居技术人文创新中心 6）环境生态：城市环境与复合生态保护、工业与特殊环境保护、陆海交互环境保护、区域跨介质复合污染与环境健康、生态环境大数据与系统管理、气候变化与未来生态环境保护 7）创新管理：金融科技、数字经济、创新创业、双区建设和国家发展

【Tsinghua SIGS】 Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (Tsinghua SIGS) was launched in March 2019. As Tsinghua University’s sole campus located outside of Beijing. Tsinghua SIGS is a further expansion and integration of the Tsinghua Graduate School at Shenzhen (GSST) and the Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute (TBSI). Our mission is to reshape graduate education as well as research and development to better serve local, national, regional, and global sustainable development. Tsinghua SIGS will nurture the next generations of global leaders, tackle global challenges through international collaborations, and facilitate interdisciplinary research and industrial partnerships.

资格条件：

【应聘资格】 -取得相关学科博士学位或同等学位 -原则上博士毕业后还应有在国内外从事相关科研工作2年以上的经历 -优先录用跨领域及跨学科研究人员 -申请人需具备较强的英文教学、交流能力，领导才能，以及较强的学术发展能力 -具有教学及指导研究生的能力：教学任务包括开设研究生课程，参与学院核心课程开发等；具备指导博士生、硕士生的能力

【Qualifications】 - A doctoral or equivalent degree in relevant academic area is required. -At least two-year working experience at a university or research institute is normally required. -Research experience across various fields and institutions and strong teaching performance are preferred. -Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong communication, teaching and leadership skills in English as well as the ability to actively contribute to the rapidly growing research efforts at Tsinghua SIGS. -A strong commitment to teaching and supervising postgraduate students is essential. Teaching responsibilities will include participation in and development of graduate courses and strong engagement with Tsinghua SIGS’s core curriculum. Supervision of PhD and MSc students and academic mentoring of trainees at all levels is also expected.
