一、学校简介Northwest A&F University

西北农林科技大学是教育部直属全国重点大学，现为国家“985工程”和“211工程”重点建设高校，入选国家首批“世界一流大学和一流学科”建设高校，地处国家级农业高新新技术产业示范区--陕西杨凌。

学校是全国农林水学科最为齐备的高等农业院校，设有26个学院（系、所、部）和研究生院。现有7个国家重点学科和2个国家重点（培育）学科；农业科学居US.NEWS学科排名全球第30位；农业科学学科领域进入ESI全球学科排名前1‰，农业科学、植物学与动物学、工程学、环境科学与生态学、化学、生物学与生物化学、药理学与毒理学、分子生物学与遗传学等8个学科领域进入ESI全球学科排名前1%。建有2个国家重点实验室，1个国家工程实验室，3个国家工程技术研究中心，3个国家野外科学观测研究站，66个省部重点实验室及工程技术研究中心。

学校在动植物育种、植物保护、农业生物技术、旱区农业与节水技术、黄土高原水土流失综合治理等研究领域形成鲜明特色和优势，已成为农林水高层次人才培养、科学研究和成果转化的重要基地。

当前，全校师生正在为实现“突出产学研紧密结合办学特色、创建世界一流农业大学”战略目标而努力奋斗。

Northwest A&F University (abbr. NWAFU) is a key national comprehensive university directly administrated by the Ministry of Education. As one of the leading universities in China, NWAFU is supported by the Ministry of Education’s ‘Project 985’ and ‘Project 211’, and as one of the first universities selected to be developed into a global first-class university with first-class disciplines, located in Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Demonstration Zone, Shaanxi, China.

NWAFU is the only agricultural university equipped with disciplines of agriculture, forestry, and water science. Currently there are all together 26 colleges (departments, institutions) and Graduate School. Among these, there are 7 nation-level key disciplines, 2 nation-level key sub-discipline pilot sites. The Agricultural science ranks NO.30 in the world in the US.NEWS. An analysis of research citations by Thomson Reuters Essential Science Indicators found NWAFU among the top 1‰ of institutions in the fields of Agricultural Science, and an analysis of research citations by Thomson Reuters Essential Science Indicators found NWAFU among the top 1% among the field of Agricultural Science, Plant & Animal Science，Engineering, Environment/Ecology，Chemistry, Biology & biochemistry, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Molecular Biology & Genetics.

etc. It has 2 national key laboratories, 1 national engineering research centers, 3 national research center of engineering technology, 3 national field scientific observation bases and 66 key research centers and laboratories at the provincial and ministerial level.

NWAFU has developed distinguished features and priorities in researches of Animal and Plant Breeding, Plant Protection, Agricultural Biology Technology, Agriculture and Irrigation Technology in Dry Areas, and Comprehensive Treatment to Water and Soil Loss in China’s Loess Plateau, which makes the University a significant institution for high-level agricultural talents training, scientific research, and achievement transformation.

At present, all faculty and students are working together and striving to realize the goal of “highlighting close integration of production-learning-research, and constructing the world first-level agricultural university”.

二、博士后流动站概况Overview of postdoctoral mobile station

学校1991年获批设立首个博士后科研流动站，现共设有4个博士后科研流动站（具体见下表）。设站至今，吸引了清华大学、复旦大学以及德国慕尼黑工业大学、日本北海道大学等国内外著名高校和科研院所的优秀博士生来校开展博士后科研工作。至今累计招收博士后研究人员733人。

Since the establishment of the first mobile station for postdoctoral scientific research, the university now has 14 of postdoctoral research stations. It has attracted outstanding doctoral students from Tsinghua university, Fudan university, Technische Universität München, German and Hokkaido University, Japan and other famous universities and research institutes at home and abroad to conduct post-doctoral research. So far, 653 postdoctoral researchers have been recruited.

三、招聘条件Conditions for postdoctoral recruitment

1.在国（境）内外已取得博士学位，品学兼优，身体健康，年龄在35岁以下，具有较强的科研能力和创新研究潜力，能脱产在我校进行科学研究。

2.按照国家有关规定，博士后研究人员在站工作期限一般为2年。对进站后承担省部级及以上重大科技项目的，根据项目具体情况，可适当延长在站期限。

1.Postdoctoral candidate should obtain the Ph.D. degree either in China or abroad, being excellent in both academic performance and physical fitness under 35 years, has the ability for scientific research, the potential for innovative research as a full-time researcher in our university.

2.According to national regulations, the postdoctoral researchers are requested to work in the station for 2 years. For those who undertake major scientific and technological projects at the provincial or ministerial level or above after registering the station, the work time can be extended appropriately according to the specific duration of the project.

四、招聘程序Procedure of postdoctoral recruitment

合作导师或流动站根据需要，可随时向学校提出博士后招聘计划，人事处实时发布招聘信息。申请人联系合作导师及流动站，同时提交个人简历及科研成果相关材料，合作导师和流动站确定人选后，经校人事处审核后送省博管办审批办理进站手续。

The postdoctoral candidates make contact with the supervisor and the mobile station, and submit his CV and other documents of scientific research results. Once the cooperative supervisor and the mobile station admit to recruit the candidate, the candidate’s document will be approved and registered to the Provincial Office for the Postdoctoral Affairs. According to the need, the supervisor and the mobile station may propose a plan of postdoctoral recruitment at any time, the personnel department will release the recruitment information immediately.

五、相关待遇Treatment

1.薪酬Salary

注：X为学校、团队、合作导师给予的奖励。

X means the pension that awarded by the university, team, and collaborative supervisor is flexible.  

2.社保Social security

学校为博士后购买社会保险，其中包含养老保险、基本医疗保险（含大病保险）、工伤保险、生育保险和失业保险。

The university will purchase social insurance for postdoctoral, that includes endowment insurance, basic medical treatment insurance (contain major disease insurance), industrial injury insurance, birth insurance and unemployment insurance.

3.住房Housing

提供临时租住房一套，房内配备生活基本设施。

The university will provide temporary apartment, housing with basic living facilities.

4.子女children

子女入学、入托可享受与在职职工同等待遇。

Hildren aged for school or kindergarten will enjoy the benefits equal to on-the-job faculties.

5.科研奖励Research awards

可享受与学校在职职工同等的科研成果奖励。

Be awarded for scientific research achievements like the on-the-job faculties.

6.职称晋升Promotion

博士后进站后可参加学校专业技术职务评审。

After entering the station postdocs can participate in the university’s evaluation for professional and technical positions.

7.师资选留Selection of teachers

对在站期间表现优异的博士后，出站后按程序优先补充到学校教学科研队伍。

For postdocs who perform well in the station, they can be recommended to be admitted and recruited into the teaching and research team of the university after leaving the station according to the procedure.
