二、招聘岗位及条件

1. 招聘岗位：博士后（2名）

2. 任职条件：

（1）40周岁以下；

（2）获得或即将获得博士学位；

（3）音频/语音、多媒体、麦克风阵列、机器学习/深度学习等相关方向；

（4）具有良好的论文发表记录。

三、薪酬待遇

根据个人科研工作能力和博士后有关规定从优发放。课题组将提供稳定的工作环境与一流的研究平台，协助申报博士后相关项目，并根据兴趣与需求支持个人的职业发展。

对获得中国博士后科学基金资助和省级博士后科研项目资助的，市财政给予1:1配套资助。对出站留杭（来杭）工作的博士后，给予每人40万元补助。

Postdoctoral position in Xiaofei Li Lab, School of Engineering

Introduction of The Lab/ Research Field

Xiaofei Li Lab works on audio/speech signal processing and perception. Research topics include sound source localization, speech enhancement, speech separation, voice activity detection, sound/speech perception and recognition, etc. This covers a wide range of research fields, including signal processing, microphone array, machine learning, deep learning, optimization, etc. Please refer to Dr. Xiaofei Li’s website for more details:

Job Description

Position: Postdoctoral Researcher

Requirements:

1）Have obtained or about to obtain a Ph.D. degree, aged under 40.

2) Strong expertise in at least one of the following topics: audio/speech processing, multimedia, microphone array signal processing, machine/deep learning.

Compensation and Benefits

The research team offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. Applications for relevant projects and programs will be encouraged and supported.

For postdoctoral fellow who selected for China Postdoctoral Science Foundation or Advanced Programs of Zhejiang Province will be entitled to receive the same amount funds from the Hangzhou government.

For postdoctoral fellow who full-time work in Hangzhou after completing their post-doc research will be eligible for applying allowance of 400,000RMB from the Hangzhou government.
