一、中心简介

申恒涛团队是多媒体计算领域最具国际影响力的科研团队之一，致力于多媒体搜索、计算机视觉、机器学习、人工智能、大数据分析等领域。中心整合校内外多个科研团队的科研力量，将多媒体计算与传统学科、新兴学科，人文社科等领域形成交叉、渗透和融合，形成具有国际显示度的创新性研究成果。通过跨学科、跨领域、跨国家合作，构筑在多媒体计算领域的创新顶尖人才高地，努力建成国家高水平科技智库，冲击建设国际一流科研基地。

中心现拥有全职研究人员25名，绝大部分毕业于海外名校。其中包括国家“千人计划”3名，国家青年“千人计划”4名，四川省“千（百）人计划”9名，电子科大“校百人计划”6名，IEEEFellow2名。中心已获得“111”引智计划、“国家自然科学基金重点项目”1项、“国家自然科学基金面上项目”7项，“国家自然科学基金青年项目”9项。中心成员累积发表高水平论文500余篇，其中计算机领域顶级会议（CCFA类）和JCR二区或以上期刊共计200余篇。

1.拟从事的研究领域

2.岗位待遇

3.拟聘人员应具备的条件

符合国家和电子科技大学关于博士后申请的基本条件，同时具备：

博士学历，研究方向与拟从事研究领域相关（详见招聘信息2-拟从事的研究领域），具备相关科研项目经验，具有较强的创新能力；

具有较强的中英文口头表达能力和写作能力；

提供本人简历以及相关证明材料。

Who are we

Future Media Research Center (FMRC), established in 2017 at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, is becoming an influential research institution in the area of multimedia computing, which also embraces the areas of computer vision, machine learning, data mining, artificial intelligence, signal processing, communication, etc. It aims at reshaping the multimedia research territory and pioneering the future research efforts in multimedia and its related areas. FMRC is directed by national “Thousand Talents Program” Professor Heng Tao Shen, a former professor at the University of Queensland, Australia. Currently the center has25 staff members, including 2 IEEE Fellows, 3 national “Thousand Talents Program” Professors, and 4 national “Thousand Young Talents Program” Professors. More than 80% members graduated from top-200 universities in the world. FMRC encourages world-class research, international collaboration, and commercialization, with over 10 million US dollars funding support. In particular, the center has secured 18research grants from NSF of China and Ministry of Education of China. Center members have published over 500scientific papers, most of which appeared in top-ranked venues.

Who do we want 

We sincerely invite outstanding researchers in the areas of (but not limited to) multimedia, computer vision, machine learning, data mining, artificial intelligence, signal processing and communication, to join FMRC and contribute to the future of multimedia-related research, by considering one of the following 3 tracks:Teaching and Research Track (Professor, Associate Professor, Lecturer), Research-Only Track (Researcher, Associate Researcher, Assistant Researcher), and Engineering Track (Senior Engineer, Engineer). A PhD degree in computer science or its related disciplines is expected for positions in Teaching and Research Track, and Research-Only Track.

What do we offer

We provide internationalized research environment, internationally competitive remuneration package, and strong support for start-up. Talent candidates will be strongly recommended for national competitive programs such as “Thousand Young Talents Program”. The standard package for successful candidates includes 500,000-600,000 RMB annual salary, 1,800,000 RMB tax-free allowance, and 6,000,000 RMB start-up grant.
