Position Description                                                                      

The incumbent will be responsible for the management and application of national and international research grants. S/he shall provide support for the PI and research groups, guide and help personal and group grant applications. The incumbent will have the opportunity to work in provincial department in Guangzhou for one year.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

·Responsible for research funding management, including formulating essential rules and relevant regulations, and following up the progress of all research projects.

·Translate and organize relevant documents.

·Guide and help grant applications.

·Provide support for GTIIT national and international collaboration research groups.

·Take part in RIGS office duties.

Required Job Specifications 

·Required qualification: Bachelor degree or above majoring in Engineering/Science/English in an internationally recognized university/program.

·Working experiences in higher education institutions is preferred.

Required Job Competencies

·Language ability: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English.

·Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

·Good interpersonal and communication skills to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.

·Good planning and organizing skills.

·Detail-oriented and responsible candidates are preferred.
