1.    负责Osamu Terasaki课题组财务相关工作，协调预算申报管理，协调经费到账、调整、报销等与学校财务部门对接的相关事务，负责经费使用记录、仪器全成本核算等

Work related to financial department.

2.    负责课题组采购执行及报销相关事务

Ordering instruments and related backup parts.

3.    负责课题组组长相关行政行程及事务的安排，尤其出国访问等申请

Administrative work for Prof. Terasaki

4.    负责课题组组长来访问人员尤其外籍人员的行程安排及财务相关事务

Administrative work for invited international scientists.

5.    负责举办会议期间行政事务的安排及执行

Arrangment work for international conference.

6.    领导交办的其他工作

Other related works that group leader requires.

a.Majored in Chemistry,Material Science or related fields

b.Fluent in oral and written English

c.Good practical and learning ability

d.Strong interpersonal skills and good at communication and collaboration
