1. Provide a wide range of support to matters pertaining to postgraduate studies, including student admissions and publicity, registration, maintenance of student records, assessment and financial support; 2. Liaise with internal and external parties and professional organizations effectively; 3. Handle student enquiries; 4. Provide logistical support to meetings, events and activities; 5. Coordinate learning and teaching activities and events; 6. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Normally 1 year of solid experience obtained from tertiary education institutions in the Mainland, preferably in the registry services-related operations (Consideration of higher positions for an applicant depends on how well their abilities align with the job requirements. Candidate with more related experience will be considered for the rank of Executive Officer); 3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua); 4. Knowledge in database management and data analysis; 6. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and with demonstrated ability to produce quality work independently and under tight timelines; 7. High proficiency in MS Office applications and other IT applications.
