1. Responsible for managing the entire process of hiring personnel for scientific research projects, including recruitment, enrollment, and handling entry and exit procedures. 负责科研项目聘用人员的全过程管理,包括招聘、录用、入离职手续办理等; 2. Responsible for coordinating the application, establishment, and daily management of the postdoctoral innovation practice base, as well as the post-doctoral entrance review and on-site work (enrollment, project proposal, mid-term, etc.). Responsible for the post doctor to join the university, register for the post doctor to stay in Dongguan, and apply for related fund. 统筹博士后创新实践基地申报建立与日常管理工作,博士后进站审核、在站工作(进站、开题、中期等);负责博士后出站来校工作来莞/留莞备案、资助申请等工作; 3. Assist department head in drafting and proofreading official documents, reports, plans, data analysis, and presentation PPTs in both Chinese and English. 协助部门负责人起草,校对中英文的公文、报告、方案、数据分析以及汇报PPT等; 4. Responsible for daily meeting arrangements and taking meeting notes. 负责部门负责人的日常会议安排、会议记录的整理等相关工作; 5. Responsible for drafting and revising the daily management policies for scientific research projects hiring staff and postdoctoral fellows. 负责科研项目聘用人员及博士后日常管理制度的起草和修订; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in human resource management or related fields. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理等相关专业; 2. 5 years or more of relevant work experience. 5年及以上相关工作经验; 3. Excellent writing and speaking abilities in both Chinese and English. 优秀的中、英文书写及口语能力; 4. Familiar with the use of office software. 熟悉办公软件的使用; 5. Good communication skills, learning ability, stress resistance, and teamwork awareness. 良好的沟通能力、学习能力、抗压能力和团队合作意识; 6. Priority will be given to those with work experience in post-doctoral mobile stations, workstations or innovation practice bases. 具备博士后流动站或工作站或创新实践基地工作经验者优先考虑。
