Manager of Finance Office财务处经理（资产管理）

1. Responsible for the management of school fixed assets (including state-owned assets) and the work to maintain and increase asset value;
负责管理学校固定资产（含国有资产），做好资产保值增值等相关服务保障工作；
2. Responsible for the establishment of rules and processes related to school asset management, mainly including asset acquisition, acceptance, daily management, transfer, disposal and etc;
负责学校资产管理相关制度和流程的建立，主要包括资产购置、验收、日常管理、调拨、处置等；
3. Responsible for the informational technology construction of school asset management and daily management and maintenance;
负责学校资产管理信息化建设及日常管理维护；
4. Responsible for registering and maintaining asset information in the asset management system of municipal finance, and reporting data related to school state-owned assets according to the requirements of municipal finance;
负责在财政资产管理系统中登记、维护资产信息，按市财政要求上报学校国有资产相关数据；
5. Responsible for the general management of low value consumables in the school;
负责学校低值易耗品统筹管理；
6. Responsible for the establishment of asset account management, and regularly organizing the school to carry out asset inventory;
负责建立资产账目管理，并定期组织学校进行资产盘点、清查；
7. Responsible for the training of school asset management to enhance the school asset management capacity;
负责学校资产管理培训，提升学校资产管理能力；
8. Other work assigned by the leadership.
领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, 10 years or above
relevant working experience; financial management, statistics related majors are preferred;
本科及以上学历，10年及以上相关工作经验；财务管理、统计类相关专业优先；
2. Familiar with state-owned asset management policies and regulations and related work requirements; work experience with university asset management or large group enterprise asset management is preferred;
熟悉国有资产管理相关政策法规及相关工作要求，具有高校资产管理或大型集团企业资产管理相关工作经验优先；
3. Strong data collection and analysis ability, written communication skills, proficiency with office software and related software;
具有较强的数据收集与分析能力、书面文字表达能力，熟练使用办公软件及相关软件；
4. Good stress resistance and communication skills;
良好的抗压能力和沟通能力；
5. Good knowledge of accounting and finance;
具有一定的财会知识；
6. Good Chinese and English speaking and writing skills.
较好的中英文表达能力、撰写能力。
