1. Responsible for formulating and guiding the communication strategy of overall marketing, digital media, and public affairs of the university to support the development goals of the university and enhance the university's brand image. 负责制定并指导大学整体营销、数字媒体和公共事务的传播战略,以配合大学发展目标,增强大学品牌形象; 2. Responsible for planning and establishing media channels for the university. 负责大学媒体渠道的规划和设立; 3. Responsible for establishing effective communication channels between CityU and CityU (DG) to ensure the university's information is conveyed effectively. 负责与港城大和港城大(东莞)建立良好的沟通渠道,以确保大学信息有效传达; 4. Responsible for establishing friendly relationships with domestic and foreign media. 负责与国内外的媒体建立友好关系; 5. Responsible for maintaining close communication and cooperation with relevant government departments and stakeholders. 负责与政府相关部门及各持份者保持紧密沟通和合作; 6. Responsible for planning and arranging the work of the media communication department and reporting to the university leaders. 负责媒体传讯处的规划与工作安排,并向校领导负责; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the university and leaders. 完成大学和领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求 1. A Master's degree or above, with a preference for majors in journalism, media communication, and marketing. 硕士以上学历,新闻、媒体传讯、市场营销专业优先; 2. At least 15 years of senior management experience in media communication, with education or related industry experience preferred. 拥有至少15年媒体传讯高级管理工作经验,教育或相关行业经验优先; 3. Have good domestic and foreign media relationships. 拥有良好的国内外媒体关系; 4. Have management experience in developing new businesses on the mainland. 拥有在内地拓展新业务的管理经验; 5. Ability to think strategically and plan, and maintain determination and motivation to achieve goals. 拥有策略思考及规划的能力,保持达成目标的决心及动力; 6. Good communication and expression skills, excellent written and oral abilities in both Chinese and English. 良好的沟通及表达技巧,优秀的中、英文书写及口语能力; 7. Outstanding leadership abilities, ability to formulate high-quality decisions, and integrity in handling affairs. 杰出的领导才能、能制定高质量的决策及处事正直。
