1、 协助招生工作文件、招生章程等规章制度的制定工作，执行主管部门有关招生事项的政策和规定，编制分省分专业招生计划方案，做好核对、落实和上报审批工作； Assist in the formulation of enrollment work documents, enrollment regulations, and other rules and regulations, implement the policies and regulations of the administrative department regarding enrollment matters, prepare enrollment plans according to different provinces, and carry out verification, implementation, and submission for approval work. 2、 负责协调招生办与省教育厅招生管理部门之间的联系工作； Responsible for coordinating the communication between the admissions office and the administrative department in GD DoE. 3、 负责与省内外大、中学进行交流，开拓并维护优质的招生渠道； Responsible for the communication with universities and high schools both inside and outside GD Province, exploring and maintaining high-quality enrollment channels. 4、 负责编印招生简章及招生宣传材料，进行招生宣传活动； Responsible for producing admission brochures and publicity materials, and carrying out CityU (DG)'s enrollment promotional activities. 5、 负责处理招生处的日常工作； Responsible for establishing the Admissions Office and responsible for its daily work. 6、 完成领导交办的其他工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求
1、知名高校毕业或具有境外知名高校留学背景。 Graduates from Double First-Class universities or well-known overseas universities. 2、优秀的中英文能力。 Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English. 3、优秀的沟通及协调能力。 Outstanding communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
