1. Prepare academic policies and regulations. 参与教务管理相关制度文件的撰写和完善； 2. Work with the academic units and relevant offices to establish, maintain and implement effective teaching and learning activities, including but not limited to curriculum and course management, execution of teaching plans, etc. 依据院系及专业的要求，组织相关人员建立、维护和实施教学培养方案，包括但不限于学位课程体系、教学计划等； 3. Implement the teaching plan to ensure smooth academic progress. 跟进教学计划的制定和实施过程，确保其有序推进； 4. Responsible for arranging, publishing and maintaining the course schedules. 负责编排、通知和维护课程表； 5. Responsible for the registry of new students. 负责新生学籍的编制、报批、建档等工作； 6. Coordinate and schedule the examination timetables. Assist in organizing examinations. 编排考试日程，并组织、维护考试活动的开展； 7. Assist in the academic affairs of the establishment of CityU (DG), and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisors. 参与及协助香港城市大学（东莞）设立过程中有关教务事务的相关工作，并完成部门领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求
· Postgraduate degree or above. 硕士研究生或以上学位； · At least 8 years of working experience, and at least 3 years working in a higher education institution. 8年相关工作经验，其中，在高等教育机构工作经验不少于3年； · Excellent in English and Chinese presentation and writing. 优秀的中英文表达能力，公文撰写能力； · Strong ability to integrate resources, manage projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes. 优秀资源整合和业务推进能力，注重细节，以确保在时间框架内高质量的完成任务； · Good communicator, team player, and problem solver with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. 出色的沟通和解决问题的技巧，善于团队协作，处理压力和危机能力强。
