取得博士学位后在海内外知名科研机构、高校或大型企业研发机构不少于3年（含）的科研工作经历，或具有担任副教授或相当岗位的任职经历。（在海外取得博士学位且特别优秀的，工作年限可适当放宽）。
Having obtained a doctorate degree, with at least (including) 3 years of research work experience in famous research institutions, universities or large enterprises at home and abroad, or with experience as an associate professor or equivalent positions. 科研经费：入选国家或中科院人才项目的，可配套200-500万元科研经费；
